Helpful staff, English spoken. The hotel is comfortable and pool nice.
You need your own car to stay here as theres not much to see on this side of the river and the walk over the narrow road bridge into Ouzazarte is dodgy to say the least!

Pool Dirty Beds bad Hotel dark no hot water some taps did not work we booked in for two nights but due to the lack of amenities we moved out after fiest night wouyld not recommend as the picture on the internet is nothing like the hotel

The service in the restaurant was good, and we enjoyed the musician who played during dinner.
There were no lights in the public areas on the upper floors until after dark, and the hotel was extremely cold.

Excellent hotel. Staff friendly, location perfect for us as we were touring the local area,by car, birdwatching. Situated on the edge of town we ware able to get to most of our destinations without negotiating the town traffic. We had three single rooms (which were in fact doubles) with en-suite facilities that worked well. We ate one meal in the hotel resturant, which was ok but with limited menu, and found other resturants nearby. Breakfast, criossants, bread, and jam, coffee and fruit juice was excellent, and could be taken in a sunny courtyard.

Good value for money in excellent location.
Parking is on the street in front of the hotel or you need to pay extra for a more protected place closeby.
